Our Multi-tenant Industrial complex is an area created to provide a working space for small companies in a building specially conditioned for their specific needs.
Our Multi-tenant facility is located in the center of the Industrial Zone in San Luis Potosi in a four acre lot. The project consist of up to six Industrial Buildings with 12,900 square feet of space. The first of this buildings will be finished in February 2006.

We at SHELTRACT have the technical staff ready to deliver all your special needs for the building with technical staff in the following areas: Electrical, Mechanical, Civi, HVAC, Fire Protection Systems all in accordance with US and Mexican construction standards and regulations.
